Cuando se esperaba que, luego de que el grupo reconociera su secuestro y emitieran un comunicado donde informaban que ser\u00eda liberado, todav\u00eda no se produce el suceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Recientemente, el <strong>Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional<\/strong> inform\u00f3 las razones por las cuales no ha sido liberado Luis Manuel D\u00edaz, aludiendo a las fuerzas militares como el principal motivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00abLa zona sigue militarizada, realizan sobre vuelos, desembarco de tropas, perifoneos, ofrecen recompensas y una intensa operaci\u00f3n rastrillo. Esta situaci\u00f3n no permite la ejecuci\u00f3n del plan de liberaci\u00f3n de manera r\u00e1pida y segura, en donde no corra riesgo el se\u00f1or Luis Manuel D\u00edaz.
