{"id":118067,"date":"2025-04-03T09:11:51","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T14:11:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/futbolhoy.co\/?p=118067"},"modified":"2025-04-04T16:40:53","modified_gmt":"2025-04-04T21:40:53","slug":"sigue-la-novela-dani-olmo-si-puede-jugar-con-barcelona-en-laliga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/futbolhoy.co\/index.php\/2025\/04\/03\/sigue-la-novela-dani-olmo-si-puede-jugar-con-barcelona-en-laliga\/","title":{"rendered":"Sigue la novela: Dani Olmo s\u00ed puede jugar con Barcelona en LaLiga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda en el que LaLiga asegur\u00f3 que Dani Olmo <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no podr\u00eda jugar con el Barcelona por no tener \u00absaldo ni capacidad\u00bb para su inscripci\u00f3n, el Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD) resalt\u00f3 este jueves el recurso presentado el pasado 7 de enero por el cuadro cul\u00e9 <\/span><b>sobre sus futbolistas Dani Olmo y Pau V\u00edctor,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por lo que las licencias de ambos jugadores contin\u00faan en vigor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El CSD no ha valorado todav\u00eda el control econ\u00f3mico ejercido por LaLiga, pero consider\u00f3 nulo de pleno derecho el acuerdo de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguimiento del <\/span><b>Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n RFEF-LaLiga p<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or carecer esta de competencia para denegar el visado previo y la licencia federativa de los futbolistas, como hizo a principios de enero.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abCon esta resoluci\u00f3n, ambos jugadores mantienen su licencia en vigor. Esto es as\u00ed porque la Real Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de F\u00fatbol (RFEF) ha reconocido, asimismo, en sus alegaciones que \u201cno existe ninguna resoluci\u00f3n <\/span><b>federativa que acordase la cancelaci\u00f3n de las licencias\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, circunstancia exigida por la propia RFEF en su resoluci\u00f3n del 30 de junio de 2022&#8243;, afirma el fallo del CSD.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mismo a\u00f1ade que \u00abla carrera profesional de <\/span><b>Dani Olmo y Pau V\u00edctor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha estado protegida desde el pasado 8 de enero por la medida cautelar urgente que concedi\u00f3 el CSD con el \u00fanico inter\u00e9s de evitar un da\u00f1o irreparable hasta la resoluci\u00f3n de este procedimiento\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta manera, ambos jugadores podr\u00e1n seguir jugando en LaLiga entretanto el CSD no de respuesta sobre el
