Colombia<\/strong> est\u00e1 a horas de conocer sus rivales en la fase de grupos del Mundial 2026<\/strong>. La Tricolor disputar\u00e1 su s\u00e9ptima Copa del Mundo, tras Chile 1962, Italia 1990, EE.UU. 1994, Francia 1998, Brasil 2014 y el \u00faltimo, Rusia 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

En el debut, en Chile 1962<\/strong>, Colombia integr\u00f3 un bombo denominado \u2018resto del mundo\u2019 junto a Bulgaria, M\u00e9xico y Suiza, ya que solo eran 16 equipos.<\/span><\/p>\n

En el sorteo de ubic\u00f3 en el grupo 1 y enfrent\u00f3 a Uruguay<\/strong> (1-2), Uni\u00f3n Sovi\u00e9tica (4-4) y Yugoslavia (0-5). Este grupo dej\u00f3 el recordado gol ol\u00edmpico de Marcos Col<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tras 28 a\u00f1os, en Italia 90′,<\/strong> Colombia integr\u00f3 el grupo D junto Alemania Federal<\/strong> (1-1), Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos (2-0) y Yugoslavia (0-1). Avanz\u00f3 a octavos, pero fue eliminada por Camer\u00fan<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En Estados Unidos 1994<\/strong>, la Tricolor estuvo en el grupo A. Empez\u00f3 contra el anfitri\u00f3n (1-2), Rumania (1-3) y Suiza (2-0), sin lograr avanzar a octavos de final.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para Francia 1998, el sorteo determin\u00f3 que enfrentar\u00eda a\u00a0T\u00fanez (gan\u00f3 1-0), Ruman\u00eda (perdi\u00f3, 1-0) e Inglaterra (0-2), volviendo a quedar eliminado.<\/span><\/p>\n

En Brasil 2014<\/strong>, en el que se hizo la mejor presentaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds en la historia al llegar a cuartos, el grupo fue:\u00a0Grecia (3-0), Costa de Marfil (2-1) y Jap\u00f3n (4-1).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El grupo H fue el \u00faltimo para Colombia en Rusia 2018<\/strong>, midi\u00e9ndose a\u00a0Jap\u00f3n (1-2), Polonia (3-0) y Senegal (1-0).<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed las cosas, los rivales que m\u00e1s ha enfrentado Colombia en los mundiales son Rumania, Jap\u00f3n <\/strong>y la desaparecida Yugoslavia<\/strong>. Asimismo, en las \u00faltimas tres ediciones hubo rivales africanos.<\/span><\/p>\n
