El volante Erick Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, del Pachuca,<\/strong> fue descartado de la selecci\u00f3n mexicana de f\u00fatbol que anunci\u00f3 los 23 jugadores que participar\u00e1n en el Mundial de Rusia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de descartar a los volantes Jurgen Damm,<\/strong> de los Tigres, y Jes\u00fas Molina<\/strong>, del Monterrey, y al defensa Oswaldo Alan\u00eds<\/strong>, del Getafe de Espa\u00f1a, el seleccionador Juan Carlos Osorio<\/strong> excluy\u00f3 a Guti\u00e9rrez, aunque el jugador viaj\u00f3 a Copenhague<\/strong>, donde M\u00e9xico jugar\u00e1 su \u00faltimo amistoso, el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda s\u00e1bado ante Dinamarca<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong> se mantiene en el grupo como suplente en caso que el defensa Diego Reyes<\/strong> o el volante Andr\u00e9s Guardado,<\/strong> jugadores claves en el plantel, no se recuperen de sus lesiones.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00e9xico<\/strong> debutar\u00e1 en la Copa Mundo<\/strong> el 17 de junio, ante Alemania<\/strong>, por el grupo F del Mundial.<\/span><\/p>\n
