Es un desaf\u00edo grand\u00edsimo, pero tenemos mucha pasi\u00f3n y esperamos corresponder a las expectativas\", asegur\u00f3 el Rueda, quien lleg\u00f3 al club carioca acompa\u00f1ado de Bernardo Red\u00edn, quien ser\u00e1 su asistente y Carlos Eduardo Velasco, su preparados f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<p>\"Es una gran satisfacci\u00f3n y nos llena de orgullo que un entrenador colombiano venga aqu\u00ed a Brasil y m\u00e1s al Flamengo. Es algo hist\u00f3rico ya que hace 36 a\u00f1os este equipo no ten\u00eda un entrenador extranjero y es satisfactorio para nosotros, colombianos, tener esa distinci\u00f3n. Esperamos retribuir la confianza de los dirigentes y de los hinchas\", agreg\u00f3 el entrenador.<\/p>\n<p>Rueda,de 60 a\u00f1os, ocupar\u00e1 el lugar Z\u00e9 Ricardo, despedido la semana pasada tras la derrota como local 0-2 ante Vit\u00f3ria, y tendr\u00e1 como grandes retos mejorar posiciones en la Liga, donde el Fla marcha s\u00e9ptimo con 29 puntos, a 18 del l\u00edder Corinthians y tratar de avanzar a la final de la Copa de Brasil, donde enfrentar\u00e1 en semifinales a Botafogo; mientras que en la Copa Sudamericana, se encuentra en octavos de final en la llave con
