Asimismo, se inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n contra <strong>Enr\u00edquez Negreira<\/strong> y su hijo y los expresidentes del club <strong>Josep Mar\u00eda Bartomeu y Sandro Rosell.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">En el informe presentado, el juez considera Que \u201cpor deducci\u00f3n l\u00f3gica los pagos realizados por el FC Barcelona satisfac\u00edan los intereses del club en atenci\u00f3n a su duraci\u00f3n y al incremento anual\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, detalla que \u201cel delito de cohecho se ha consumado al haberse realizado el pago, se demuestre o no la corrupci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica del arbitraje espa\u00f1ol a causa de tales pagos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Por su parte, se le atribuye a <strong>Enrique Negreira<\/strong> \u201cun delito continuado de cohecho pasivo en concepto de autor\u201d, mientras que al Barcelona y a sus ex directivos \u201cse les atribuye un delito continuado de cohecho activo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona ha sido imputado por el juez Joaqu\u00edn Aguirre en el Caso de Negreira por cohecho.
