El volante sincelejano, Guillermo Celis, próximo a salir del fútbol argentino, aseguró que su paso por Colón de Santa Fe le deja frustrado, debido a una lesión que no le permitió triunfar.

Celis, cuyos derechos deportivos pertenecen a Vitoria Guimaraes de Portugal,  únicamente disputó 12 partidos en año y medio con el club, al que llegó en enero de 2019.

El colombiano sufrió una ruptura del ligamento cruzado de su rodilla izquierda, en septiembre de ese año.

«Mentiría si dijera que me voy feliz de Santa Fe, porque llegué con ilusiones de jugar y lo hice muy poco. La persona que me trajo se fue muy rápido y quien lo reemplazó no me tuvo confianza. Prácticamente no jugué nunca. Después me lesioné y se terminó. Si me toca quedarme, me esforzaré. Si me toca irme lo haré con la cabeza en alto. El jugador es feliz cuando juega y en Colón lo hice muy poco y eso me duele. No pude disfrutarlo», dijo Celis en entrevista Radio Gol 96.7 de Santa Fe.

El colombiano finalizará el préstamo el 30 de junio y tendría que regresar a Portugal, aunque se especula con un posible retorno al futbol nacional.
